Developing The Serene Way has been a journey of spirit, creation, patience and determination. What initially began as an idea focussed on group exercise called ‘The Superior Workout’ has organically grown over the past four years to include all aspects of the human condition and how we can learn to be our ‘better’ self.
I remember being in Germany for a friend’s fortieth birthday and talking with great enthusiasm about all the big ideas and the grand plan - I wanted to offer people a place to learn and grow within an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance. Sometimes the big ideas prevent us from moving forward, as we need to have the steps in place to move to higher ground. Over the years it has taken new shapes and gone in different directions, with the help of others, the concept that was inspired by word is taking shape with action.
The guided meditation sessions based on Yoga Nidra are the beginning, in real terms, of this journey. Currently, there are 14 courses that are scheduled to be offered in hopes of bringing about an understanding of the physical, mental and spiritual or energetic aspects of our lives. Holistic product offerings will also be available; their emphasis will be on integrating the natural and organic aspects of our self and life on this planet.
Each of us has our experience and perspective to offer, it is through understanding and acceptance that we can follow a path to love and light. It is my wish to share all I have done along this path which I call ‘The Serene Way’…
